Where will my dog sleep at night time?

In our home, in one of our reception rooms, either in his bed or one of ours.

Shall I supply my dog’s food?

Yes, this will stop him getting an upset stomach if we change his diet.

Can we visit first?

Yes we ask all customers wishing to book in to meet us with their dog first. This allows your dog to get to know us and for us to know if he is suitable to stay in our home.

My vet says my dog would benefit from Hydrotherapy and recommended your Centre, what shall I do now?

Come and meet us to discuss how hydrotherapy would benefit your dog. You can either download our vet referral form or we will fax one direct to your vet.  As long as your vet thinks your dog is suitable we can book your dog in for his first session. The first swim is free.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Saturday 8 am till 8pm but also swim Sundays due to demand! We are flexible due to living on the premises.
